A favorite photo, a drawing, a little something that feels like you. Start with a clear image, then choose the phone model and print style on your custom case's product page.
What files can I upload?
- Format: JPG or PNG, with a matching .jpg, .jpeg, or .png file extension.
- File size: up to 10 MB as labeled in the uploader. The exact limit is 10 MiB (10,485,760 bytes).
- Image dimensions: no more than 50 megapixels, calculated as width × height in pixels.
- One image per customization: add cases separately when you want different images.
These are upload limits, not a promise of print quality. If you need help judging your image size or clarity, email info@casepoppy.com with the product you have in mind before ordering.
Choose a photo with room to work
Use the original photo when you can. A screenshot or an image saved from a message may have less detail. Check that faces are sharp, lighting is clear, and any text is easy to read.
Leave space around faces, lettering, and important details. The camera opening, edges, and printable area vary by case and phone model. A design that fills the available area may need cropping.
Upload from the product page
- Select the exact phone model and available product options. Our phone model guide can help.
- Choose your JPG or PNG and wait for the image check to finish.
- Check the file name and original-image thumbnail. Use Remove image if you want to choose a different file.
- Read the print-style choices and any print-area guide shown for that product. Select the option you want.
- Check the image, phone model, quantity, and print choice before adding the case to your cart.
Selecting a file does not upload it. The upload starts when you add the case to your cart. After it is added, check the original image and print layout in your cart before checkout.
What does the thumbnail show?
The thumbnail shows your original image. It is not an on-case preview, a crop editor, or a finished print proof. Any print-area illustration on the product page explains coverage for that product; it does not show your photo on the case.

If your image will not upload
Check the format, file size, and pixel dimensions. If your image is HEIC, PDF, or another format, export a JPG or PNG; changing the filename alone does not convert it. Try another clear original if the file cannot be opened.
If an error appears after you click Add to cart, check your cart before trying again. The case may already have been added. Contact us if the result is unclear.
Before you order
Only upload images or artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. For different photos, add each case separately; increasing the quantity of one customized item uses the same image and print choice.
Read the personalized-item terms beside the upload form and the store's return policy. If the image, model, or print choice is unclear, ask us before placing your order.
