See your photo on your chosen product before you order. In the Custom Studio, choose an available product and model, upload your image, adjust the live preview, then confirm your design and add it to your cart.
1. Choose your product and options
Select a product from the studio, then choose the exact device model and any available color or size. Use the options shown for that product. If you need help identifying your phone, visit our phone model guide.
2. Add your photo or artwork
Choose Upload your photo, or drag your image into the upload area. Use a JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB, and wait for it to appear in the product preview.
An original, high-resolution photo works best. Choose sharp faces and clear lettering, and leave some space around important details so you can adjust the crop. Only upload images or artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
3. Preview and adjust your design
The live preview shows your image on the selected product. Use the available controls to scale, rotate, and move your image until you are happy with its placement.
- Full back panel: fills the printable panel; part of the image may be cropped.
- Placed artwork: positions a smaller image with space around it.
Choose from the print layouts offered for your product. Keep important faces and text inside the printable area and away from camera openings or edges. If additional preview angles are available, use them to check the same design from those views.
4. Confirm and add to cart
Check the selected product, model, image placement, and quantity. Select I confirm my image and print layout, then choose Add to cart. Wait for the success message before continuing.
If you change the image, model, or layout, review the updated preview and confirm it again. Your original image and confirmed design are saved when the customized item is successfully added.
5. Add another design or check out
Each different design must be added separately. After one item is added, change the photo or layout, review and confirm the new preview, then add that design to your cart. Increasing the quantity makes more copies of the same design.
For matching products, create and add each design individually. Before checkout, review every item, selected option, design, and quantity in your cart.
What the preview shows
The on-product preview helps you check image placement, crop, and overall appearance before ordering. It is a visual layout preview, not a physical print proof. Screen colors, product materials, and printing can produce small differences in the finished item.
If you need help
If your image will not open, check its format and file size. Export HEIC, PDF, or other formats as JPG or PNG; changing a filename alone does not convert the file.
If an error appears after you choose Add to cart, check your cart before trying again to avoid adding the same design twice. If the result is unclear, email info@casepoppy.com with the product link and a description of the issue.
