How do I choose the right phone model?

On iPhone, open Settings → General → About and check Model Name. Match that exact name to the options on the product page. You can also use our phone model guide.

Are Case Poppy cases MagSafe compatible?

Our current pre-designed cases include built-in MagSafe-compatible magnets. Check the product page for the exact features and available phone models before ordering.

How protective are the cases?

Our pre-designed cases are made with raised screen and camera protection and a scratch-resistant exterior. Product pages list the features for each case.

When will my order ship?

Phone case printing takes 2 days, including custom cases. Your case ships after printing. Estimated U.S. delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch, starting when the carrier accepts the package. Printing time is additional; the delivery estimate does not start when you place your order.
