One-Year Limited Warranty
Clear coverage for eligible manufacturing defects—without pretending a phone case is indestructible.
One year from delivery
Case Poppy warrants to the original purchaser that eligible products purchased directly from casepoppy.com will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for one year from the carrier-recorded delivery date.
What is covered
This limited warranty covers verified manufacturing, material, print-application, and workmanship defects that affect the product’s intended use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, or yellowing from normal use
- Drops, impacts, accidents, misuse, improper installation, heat, liquids, chemicals, or improper storage
- Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications
- Poor fit caused by ordering the wrong phone model
- Customer-uploaded image quality or minor color and placement differences within normal production tolerances
- Lost or stolen products, or products bought from unauthorized sellers
- Damage to a phone, screen, camera, data, accessory, or other property
No case is indestructible or able to prevent every type of device damage.
How to make a claim
Email info@casepoppy.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect and full product. Keep the product until the claim is resolved; do not mail it unless we provide return instructions.
Your remedy
For an approved claim, Case Poppy may replace the item with the same or a comparable product, or refund the original product price if a suitable replacement is unavailable. We cover standard U.S. shipping for an approved replacement and provide a prepaid label if an inspected return is required.
Warranty service is limited to one approved remedy per product. A replacement is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after replacement delivery, whichever is longer.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing here excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
